In modern society, the decoupling of the respective areas of communication is universal. Nevertheless, there is always the need to couple various, otherwise independent societal systems.

Because there are no rules and principles, this structural coupling is often done arbitrarily and random. For practical reason, we see many attempts to enforce this:

• Reducing economic trade to enforce human rights
• Setting sanctions to enforce political power
• Cancelling budget to enforce monopolism

This area is set up to discuss facts of systemic relationships and requirements to separate systemical needs from political arbitrary. We want to understand and distinguish between several attacks, where they serve transparent objectives, where they solve system inefficiencies, or where they are over-the-wire and presumptuous.
