Introduction to English Law

Inhalt:

The course is designed as an overview to the main aspects of the English Legal System and English Law, one of the most influential legal traditions. Lectures will be conducted in English. Students should have a good understanding of the English language, but no prior knowledge of English legal terminology or English legal concepts is required.
